Eagle Elite Solutions served as the general contractor for the design-build construction of a new charter school facility in Houston, Texas. The project encompassed complete building delivery from structural foundations through final occupancy — including all architectural, mechanical, and finish work.
The scope required coordination across more than a dozen trade specialties within a compressed timeline to meet the school district's academic calendar. Eagle Elite managed all permitting, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
The completed facility meets all ADA accessibility requirements, local building codes, and Texas Education Agency standards for instructional environments.
